Rand Paul Praises Chevron Dismissal as Republicans Prepare Legislation

Liberals have really been blowing up at recent Supreme Court decisions, haven’t they? First undoing the error that was Roe vs. Wade, then limiting states’ ability to run federal elections as they saw fit, then pushing back against the EPA’s ability to regulate greenhouse gases. Most recently, the Supreme Court overturned the Chevron decision, which forced courts to defer to regulators on the theory that “regulators knew best.”
