I grew up in a time when having the 2week measles was considered desirable-other mothers wanted to bring their daughtets over, to expose them to it, so as not to have potential complications later in life during pregnancy, should they contract it then. I did just fine with a smallpox vaccine, and a polio vaccine, then a booster when 18- and lived to tell the tale! NOT ONE of my classmates, or their siblings got diphtheria, whooping cough,,etc. Those are viable for today's vaccines- but not so early, and not all at once.
I absolutely believe that the current vaccine schedule is all about profit, especially since Fauci increased the number of immunizations required exponentially. Look up Fauci's criminal record of profiteering off peoples' deaths, and you'll reel in horror that he was in charge of children's vaccines.
Shaming congressional representatives is not enough of a deterrent because unfortunately most of their constituents don't care. We need a complete overhaul of campaign finance to root out corruption. True "representatives" of the people should not be allowed to take any money in any form or shape from corporations, super pacs, wealthy individuals, etc.
At our country’s beginning, those who ran for Congress felt a duty to be part of the ‘experiment’ but most (hopefully) tried to accomplish what their constituents wanted then the politicians returned to their ‘real’ life. When those politicians began to realize they could manipulate ‘Other Peoples Money’ in their favor becoming a politician became a life long career. Maybe a realistic term limit will help stop the greed and corruption and sense of privilege these folks have developed to a fine art.
The constant hammering of standard pro-vaccine schedules and all the related propaganda has been very effective at duping the general public. Skeptics have been all but tarred and feathered for daring to question it at all. Most public and private schools (including) camps require all children to have all recommended vaccines. Unless you can home school it's just a cross your fingers and hope your child isn't one of the kids who suffer significant or serious side effects. They are required to provide this lengthy disclaimer/disclosure form at the time of vaccination. You don't really have time to fully review it and it contains terminology that is beyond what most people are familiar with. The big excuse about the rise in Autism is that it's more easily recognized and diagnosed better. There most likely is some truth to that but it can't possibly account for the dramatic rise in cases. When I was a kid ADHD wasn't a thing even though clearly some kids had it. Some diseases truly dangerous and if an effective and reasonably safe vaccine can be had then I think it's prudent to provide them. Two caveats to the current "system"
1. All Immunity needs to be removed from and liability should conferred for pharmaceutical companies.
2. Parents should have the final say without being accused of child neglect/harm/endangerment.
Anyone naive enough to think that billions of dollars don't incentivize dubious actions is in need of a wake-up call.
Just as with Covid vaccines they are either effective or they aren't. There is never going to be a 100% effective deterrent or treatment but the real world numbers should be well over 80%. This young man who had an internet site that I stumbled upon at least 15 yrs ago made some rather bold claims about the true data from vaccine trials being way different than they are reported. I found that both alarming and interesting. I think there needs to be some exceptionally transparent research into a variety of factors that affect ppl today such as the discovery of microplastics in our environment and how that might have long term consequences. It's just not brilliant to throw the baby out with the bath water. In any case corporations should not have much influence over policy makers or govt agencies. You don't need a PhD to know it's unwise to let the foxes guard the hen house.
