(1) A method for verifying U.S. citizenship (excluding dual citizens)
(2) Mailing polling station admission passes to those with U.S. citizenship only
(3) Rechecking U.S. citizenship list for those with admission passes before voting
(In some cases, verifying citizenship documents)
Basic federal laws like these are needed.
