Article II of the Constitution states “… he (the President) shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.” By our Constitution a person is presumed innocent until convicted, thus an action doesn’t become an offense until it has been adjudicated in a court; consequently President Biden can only issue pardons for offenses Hunter has been convicted of or pled guilty to. A blanket pardon is unconstitutional and needs to be challenged by Congress. If it isn’t challenged, it will set a dangerous precedent (not that precedents should ever be used to subvert the plain language of the Constitution).
And that video shows the hypocrite-in-chief co-sponsoring the bill that put lower income crack users in jail for long stretches, working for Joe's favourite corporations, while moneyed coke users got a rap on the knuckles. And today Hunter is - or perhaps was - a notorious crack addict. But "Democrats" avert their eyes and scream about Trump. Now 2020 rolls around and here comes 51 intel officials who lie about the Hunter Biden laptop being Russian disinformation which shows the complete corruption in Ukraine by Joe Biden. And with that Biden wins the Presidency. It doesn't take long, but once again Biden makes another attempt to oust Putin. In his first year in office, Biden encourages NATO members to invite Ukraine into the organization. Of course, Biden knows it will bring the ire of Putin who begins the build up his military at the border of Ukraine. As NATO and Biden wait for absolute proof of Putin's actions after 2 months in February 2022, Putin attacks Ukraine.
Since that time Biden has given Ukraine billions of dollars to fight Russia, being his last hope to destroy Putin. But, in his obsession to take out Putin he has been responsible for the killing of hundreds of thousands of people in the current hot war between Ukraine and Russia. Biden is most certainly the catalyst to the war and its continuing tragedy. In the end, the Biden family will go down in history as the most corrupt people who ever had power run by a manipulative and dishonest man who is its head of the criminal enterprise.
