It is very frustrating. There are other bills that can be passed to lower. We needed this one for the tax savings, Medicaid savings, and the border protection. Go to work on stopping those ludicrous bills that spent stupid money last presidential term. Term the USAID funds, the climate change, NPR spending, national endowment for the arts, and Planned Parenthood. Then you will save money and we will be happy with you.

We need Omnibus bills to go. Lot’s of waste in this budget. I get it with Musk, he’s pissed, all the work with DOGE for what? A $9.2 billion cut reduction codified, that’s it? I call Uniparty BS.
The budget cuts have to be in a separate bill due to reconciliation rules. Yes we need no more omnibus bills, but this bill needed passed to keep the tax cuts and border funding. A separate bill needs to be finalized to reduce spending and make DOGE actions permanent.
As a fiscal conservative I vote no on Rand Paul. Too dogmatic to stand behind Trump who is trying to work with lawmakers to make real change. And he’s succeeding except with people like Paul. Stop trying to stand out. You look silly.
Americans voted Republican who advertised fiscal sanity - to get us out of debt and make our dollar strong. To increase debt and give perks to illegals is a slap in the face to Americans.
The CBO is brainless and rarely accurate. The facts are, this country is bankrupt. Without a solid plan to turn this around we are in huge hard times to come. Its going to take time to turn things around. But Jobs, factories, tariffs, major investment, eliminating all the government agencies waste.......which all takes some time are on their way. We wont see results for about a year, but when it hits this country will be roaring huge and government revenue will be through the roof. If you stop Trump from being the first and probably the only person with a plan, to actually finally try to tackle this head on, we are doomed. The congress has had the chance for way too long and the only plan they had was more debt without the plan and screw things up more. And sank this country. So why are some GOP now siding with the Dems now to stop an actual plan?
