I want access to prescription peptides (all natural and non-habit forming), but I can't afford them because I can't work because I'm disabled by things that can be treated with prescription peptides and I can't afford to go to a doctor who'll give me a prescription for them because they're an "alternative" therapy (but well-tested and used for over 30 years without causing harm). Round and around I go, getting kicked around because drug companies, insurance plans and governments have more control over my body than I do.
RIDICULOUS!
If someone else can skydive, and another is allowed to eat fast food at every meal - I should be free to medicate and support my own health, no matter the risks! It's MY life and I'm being prevented by living it by the same corrupt system that claims to be trying to 'protect' me by taking control over my ability to try 'experimental' treatments.
Are you a DEA agent, private prison guard or somehow involved with an organization that profits off this war? I am not being snide or disrespectful but what exactly is it that you do not understand? If drugs were legal then people could grow their own weed, you couldn't find heroin or cocaine because no one would bother to cultivate the raw materials to process something that has no profit, then it would disappear from society. No demand, no profit. Would anyone invest in the Hores and buggy industry? It is as simple as this, no profit, no supply. This war was a business plan that has eaten up billions in tax money, millions in prison and nothing but misery to show for it. if this makes no sense to you, then I do not know what to say. as far as winning this war, it is like all the other wars that we keep fighting and loosing, spending blood and treasure on with no good outcome for America, and the perpetrators do not care about working Americans and this is obvious to anyone with half a brain. the reason that even worse drugs are being distributed is because of the illegality of the others. again, no profit, no supply, simple!
I get the libertarian argument.
And am inclined to agree.
But why bring this up again right now?
Can’t you stay focused on implementing the big wins we have started…but not actually done?
Why the shiny new thing?
How about passing laws to lock in every Executive Order and DOGE recommendation?
Actually killing Education and Energy departments?
Cut current year already-approved spending?
Execution matters.
Act like a winner, not a professional whiner.
100% agree.

Sorry, Rand. Love you, but that dog won't hunt. BAD IDEA. Win this war. Then deal with the minor details. VERY BAD IDEA. STAY ON TARGET.

Back to square one of the opioid crises.
