Rand Paul condemns foreign aid

Foreign aid should never be a blank check.

When countries execute people for “blasphemy” or for converting religions, they forfeit the right to receive U.S. taxpayer dollars.

That’s why I’ve introduced legislation to make our aid contingent on religious freedom.
